PURPOSE:To regulate the speed of fiber feed roller with blades by a fiber detecting means, by setting a subordinate opening chamber above several carding machines of an air sending pipe of a blower for transporting fiber raw material by air, laying an air lapper below the subordinate opening chamber, and equipping a return air sending pipe with an opening part. CONSTITUTION:The subordinate opening chamber 6 is set above several carding machines of the air sending pipe 5 of the blower 4 for sending a fiber raw material by air, and the several air lappers 7, 7... for feeding the fiber raw material to every carding machine is laid in such a way that the lappers are connected to the bottom of the chamber. The opening part 9 is set on the main opening chamber 1 of the return air sending pipe 8 to recover excess fibers, and the speed of revolution of the fiber feed roller 3 with blades is regulated by the fiber detecting means 10. A main air lapper is simple and processed into a small volume, and can regulate instantly a fiber amount to be sent.
