PURPOSE:To reduce moisture, which intrudes into the inside from the end surface of an element sealing resin plate, by making the thickness of the peripheral part of the element sealing resin plate thinner than the other part. CONSTITUTION:A module assembly 7 is composed of an element sealing resin plate, 30 in which semiconductor elements 1 are enclosed, a glass plate 4 and an airtight metal plate 5. Said module assembly 7 is fixed in an attaching recess part, which is formed in a metal frame 10 by an end resin plate 8 and bonding agents 9 and 11. In a solar battery module having such a constitution, the thickness of the peripheral part A of the element sealing resin plate 30 is made thinner than the other part. In this constitution, moisture, which intrudes in the inside from the end surface of the resin plate 30 through the end resin plate 8 and the bonding agents 9 and 11, can be made less. |
