PURPOSE:To improve transmitting speed by transmitting and controlling only with one character instantaneously when the receiving is executed, in the data transmission. CONSTITUTION:At a transmitting side, primitive data (a) are converted to data (b) on a transmission line and at a receiving side, the converting is executed from data (b) to data (a) again. The converting is executed through a program, and at the receiving side, it is known that when 0 and 0 are discovered, the data are univocally completed by the code immediately before. When F and F are discovered, it is known that the message is univocally completed. Just after the F and F are received, the receiving of the program is completed, a necessary protocol control is executed and the reloading of the primitive data is started.
