The lining is preformed from a pliable material and is inserted inside the oven to form a lining, The lining material is perforated to permit passage of cooking vapours, the perforations being of small dimensions to allow passage of the vapour but not grease particles. The lining is formed by folding a sheet to the internal dimensions of the oven, with provision to fit the lining around the heating elements and the oven light. A preferred material is aluminium.
