PURPOSE:To make assemblage and regulation so easy and lifting motion smooth, by unitizing both front and rear guide rails in one as connected with beams, while locking it to a door inner panel, and constituting a guide roller so as to be lifted along these rails with operation of a regulator. CONSTITUTION:A pair of front and rear guide rails 2 and 3 are connected with beams 4 and 5, setting them down to a rail unit 1, and locked to a door inner panel D. A guide roller (unillustrated herein) attached to a window panel 8 with brackets 6a and 7a is engaged with these rails 2 and 3, and the window glass 8 is made to go up and down via a window regulator 9, a wire 12 and pulleys 13 and 14. With this constitution, assemblage and regulation become simplified, thus lifting motion in the window glass is well smoothable.
