PURPOSE:To eliminate the adverse influence to an AC power distribution board by connecting a rush current suppresser in parallel with a breaker, thereby suppressing a rush current when the input of a rectifying power source is connected. CONSTITUTION:A rectifying power source 1 has a manual breaker 2, an electromagnetic breaker 3, an automatic-manual starter 4 and a rectifier 5. When an AC power is supplied through an AC power distribution board 6 to the power source 1, if any of the breakers 2, 3 is opened, a small current is flowed through a rush-current suppresser 7 to the input transformer 11 of the rectifier 5. Thus, even if the breaker 2 or 3 is closed, no excess rush current is flowed to the transformer 11. |
