PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a connector for multiple electrode connection and a glaze of an insulation film by mounting a thick film thermal element and an active element for driving the former on an insulation substrate respectively. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heat generation elements (thick film thermal element) 23 formed by a thick film resistance material and IC27 forming active element for driving thick film thermal element 23 are mounted on an insulation substrate 21 having a roundish semicircular end 22. The plural of the thick film thermal element are controlled by shift register of the inside of this driving circuit mounted on the insulation substrate with a logic data signal arbitrarily. |
