PURPOSE:To improve a shelf life of the titled material by forming a photosensitive layer contg. a specific compd. of a spectral sensitizer shown by formula I, and another specific compd. shown by formula II on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled material comprises the spectral sensitizer contg. the compd. shown by formula I wherein Z1, Z2, and Z3 are each a methine group, (n) is 0, 1 or 2, Y1 and Y2 are each a benzoxanole ring R1 and R2 are each an alkyl, or an alkenyl group, (I)m is pair ions satisfying molecular charges, and also comprises the compd. shown by formula II wherein R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each and alkyl, an alkenyl or an aryl group. |
