发明名称 INK ROLLER OF OFFSET PRINTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make continuous operation for a long time possible with satisfactory affinity with ink and high abrasion resistance by forming a deposited film of composite particles of copper and chrome carbide on the surface of a roller. CONSTITUTION:A deposited film is formed by the deposition method on the external circumferential surface of an ink roller using composite particles of copper and chrome carbide. As a result, a deposition of uniformly textured film consisting of finely mixed copper and chrome carbide is formed on the external circumferential surface of the ink roller. The figure shows a microscopic photograph of the 300-time magnified surfacial texture of an ink roller. The white area represents chrome carbide and the black area copper. Copper has high affinity with ink and the chrome carbide also has satisfactory affinity with ink. The Hickers hardness of the deposited film layer is approx. 1,300Hv and the abrasion resistance also is higher than copper.
