Hydraulic component comprising a body 1 equipped with a bore 2 and a slide valve 3 moving under the effect of a control member 14, the said slide valve 3 comprising a rod 4 equipped with a head 5 which interacts with a restriction 7 of the bore in order to separate a chamber 8 surrounded by the restriction 7 from an adjacent chamber 6 which is further away from the axis of the slide valve 3, one of the chambers being connected to high pressure and the other to low pressure, characterised in that the head 5 and/or the restriction 7 comprises a groove 9, 9' receiving the flow from the high-pressure chamber towards the low-pressure chamber when the head moves in order to put the two chambers in communication. <IMAGE>
