<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a hydraulic pump by controlling an oil pressure change value which is disposed between an oil pressure source and a discharge pipe to make communication between the oil pressure source and the discharge pipe in response to an engaging signal of a clutch. CONSTITUTION:When a clutch engaging signal is issued, a working oil pressure is generated in an oil pressure pipe 3a. A signal of the pressure is sent via a pilot pipe 10b to change an oil pressure valve 10 to a position 10B. By the changing operation, an oil pressure pipe 7a and a discharge pipe 10d are communicated with each other. Pressure oil in the oil pressure pipe 7a will then be injected against a clutch disk 1d via the oil pressure change valve 10, a throttle flow passage 10c and the discharge pipe 10d.
