PURPOSE:To obtain an upper mold for skimming, which is easily set to a skimming machine and is suitable for every trimming die, by using a supporting plate and a sliding plate, on which a lot of pinholes have been formed, and fixing plural inserted pin shaft parts to each suitable position. CONSTITUTION:When a skimming upper mold 1 and a lower mold 12 are installed to a skimming machine and the upper mold 1 is made to go down, an inserted pin 5 is raised by the lower mold 12, in the part where a plate of the lower mold 12 exists. On the other hand, in a hole part 13, or the marginal part, the part between blanks, etc., since the plate of the lower mold 12 does not exist, the pin 5 goes down through pinholes 6, 7. When a sliding plate 4 is moved in this state, the marginal part of the pinhole 7 of the sliding plate 4 goes into one circumferential groove 9 of the pin 5, and the upper and lower positions of the pin 5 are controlled. In this state, a supporting plate 3 and the sliding plate 4 are fixed with a screw, etc., and setting of the skimming upper mold is completed. |
