<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the cutting of a color spreading plate and prevent metallic powder from being mixed into an oriented film by composing a spreading means of a spreading rubber roll which is pressed against the color spreading plate when orienting liquid is spread. CONSTITUTION:An oriented film forming device is equipped with the color spreading plate 12 at the center part on a base 11 and a carriage 13 which moves in lengthwise directions of the color spreading plate 12, and a rubber roller 14 for printing and the rubber roller 15 for spreading are fitted to the carriage 15. Then the rubber roll 14 for spreading is pressed elastically against the color spreading plate 12 under a 0.5-4kg/cm<2> pressure as shown by an arrow in a figure. Therefore, when the rubber roller 14 for printing and the rubber roller 15 for spreading return to their original positions, the rubber roller 15 for spreading spreads the orienting liquid 19 uniformly over the color spreading plate 12. Consequently, the color spreading plate is not cut and no metallic powder is mixed into the oriented film.</p> |
