PURPOSE:To increase the rate of success in automatic wire connection for wire electrode and improve operation rate by correcting the inside-surface of a hole by removing the attached article onto the hole inside-surface previously to the automatic insertion operation for wire electrode. CONSTITUTION:Previously to the automatic insertion, the axis center of a correcting tool 17 of a starting-hole inside-surface correcting apparatus 20 is allowed to coincide with the starting holes 4a1 and 4a2 on a workpiece 4, and then the tool 17 is lowered to penetrate through the inside of the starting holes 4a1 and 4a2, and burrs 4e are removed. Then, a wire electrode 8 is positioned to the position corresponding to the starting hole 4a1, and automatic wire connection and electric spark machining are carried-out. |
