PURPOSE:To discriminate easily an absence transfer call by outputting an absence transfer tone to a transfer call receiving telephone set, when this telephone set has answered, in case of an incoming call transferred by an absence transfer. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a subscriber 7 executes an absence transfer registra tion to a transfer call receiving telephone set 9. In this case, if a subscriber 8 has dialed a number of the subscriber 7, a central processor 5 reads the stor age contents corresponding to the subscriber 7 of a main storage device 6, and knows that the transfer registration to the telephone set 9 has been execut ed. As a result, the processor 5 connects the subscriber 8 and a subscribed mutual trunk 3 through a network 1, sends absence transfer call information and call information of a called subscriber to the trunk 3, and also sends out a call signal to the telephone set 9. When the telephone set 9 answers, the trunk 3 sends out an absence transfer tone to the telephone set 9 by the absence transfer call information, and informs a fact that it is a transfer call. |
