PURPOSE:To assure oil supply to the lubricating points by arranging fluid valves where nozzle type fluid diodes are coupled in double stage at the intake and delivery ports thereby reducing the fluid resistance when sucking the lubricant while increasing the fluid resistance from the oil supply path to the pump chamber. CONSTITUTION:Fluid valves where nozzle type fluid diodes 40, 41 and 42, 43 having tapered circular cross-section are coupled in double stage are arranged at the suction port 32 and the delivery port 34. Since sufficient oil can be supplied and the fluid resistance when sucking the lubricant in the case 1 into the pump chamber 12 can be reduced, pressure drop in the pump chamber 12 under suction stroke can be suppressed and mixing of foam into the lubricant can be prevented reliably because of the negative pressure to be produced in said chamber 12. While since the fluid resistance between an oil supply path 33 and the pump chamber 12 is increased, counter flow from the delivery side 34 is reduced resulting in sufficient oil supply. |
