PURPOSE:To form an insulation layer uniformly and densely with sufficient electrical and mechanical characteristics by perfectly hardening at the last hardening mold providing plural winding of an insulation layer with semi-cured material and hardening mold process and by ceasing the hardening molds before the last time at the hardening appearance at a room temperature. CONSTITUTION:A turn insulation material 5 is provided between conductors 4, a separating mold material 8 is wound at the stage of part of a main insula tion material 6 is wound, heated using a mold equipment having a heat plate or after winding a heat shrinkage tape with a protecting plate and heat-molded to required dimensions. The heat-mold (primary mold) in this stage is ceased at the stage of hardening appearance at a room temperature. After the separat ing mold material 8 is removed, a glass based prepreg material (PP material) is wound using the same series adhesives and an external layer and an insulation layer 7 are formed by heat mold. Air and sagging in the main insulation layer 6 are removed by a primary mold and the glass based P.P material can be wound on the main insulation layer 6 tightly. |
