The invention relates to an operating rocker for switches and keys, in the case of which a marked film is inserted between a film support and a window cap (3) which is placed on and consists of clear-view material. The film support (1) is latched to a cover (4) such that the window cap (3) is clamped in between both parts. The marking on the film is visible through a window (41) in the cover (4). In order on the one hand to prevent a separate reflector and on the other hand to allow even relatively thick films to be inserted, a light funnel (10) is constructed according to the invention on the film support, underneath the window (41) which is arranged in the cover (4). At its upper opening, the light funnel (10) is surrounded by a frame (19) which has a frame recess (20). The narrow lower opening of the light funnel is used as a lamp opening (13). <IMAGE>
