PURPOSE:To prevent the reverse light incident from a finder of camera from being internally reflected in a transparent substrate and being incident on a photoelectric transducer, by providing a groove part on the outside of the photoelectric transducer for photometry on a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:Groove parts 7-1, 7-2, 8-1, and 8-2 are provided on the outside of the part, where a photoelectric converting part 2 is provided, of a glass substrate 1. The light which is made incident while repeating internal reflection at an angle theta in the glass substrate 1 is reflected on the side face of the groove part 7-1 and is not made incident on the photoelectric converting part 2 through a transparent electrode 3. The light incident at the angle theta from above the glass substrate 1 is not reflected to the side of the photoelectric converting part 2 because it passes the side face of the groove part 8-1. Thus, the reverse light incident from the finder of the camera is prevented from being reflected internally in the glass substrate 1 and being made incident on the photoelectric converting part 2. |
