PURPOSE:To facilitate processing of oil and prevent ventilation fans from being contaminated by providing an oil reservoir at the lower part of a duct having a suction port suspending from the suction port of a blasting mechanism provided at the upper part of the range, toward the range. CONSTITUTION:A switch 29 is started to rotate an exhaust fan 17 and an air supply fan 22. When cooking is carried out in the range 40 using a pan 57, an oil smoke and an exhaust gas are sucked up through a suction port 41 into a duct 38. Since a great majority of sucked up soot is caught by a filter 43, exhaust air is purified and discharged out of the house, but during the use for a long time oil adheres to the inner wall of the duct 38. The oil flows down along the wall surface and accumulates in an oil reservoir 42. To treat the oil accumulated in oil, a snap screw 45 is removed, and the suction port 41 and the filter 43 are simultaneously removed. Oil in the oil reservoir 42 is discharged and the filter 43 is cleaned or replaced. |
