PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by providing a flow meter which has a rotor rotated through the operation of the 1st liquid and a diaphragm pump that has a diaphragm and also has a tube which is connected to the exit of the flow meter at one terminal and allows the 2nd liquid to pass therein. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st liquid is supplied from the entrance 1a of the flow meter 1, the rotor 12 of the flow meter 1 rotates. The rotation of this rotor 12 is transmitted to the rotating shaft 23 in a cover case 20 from a rotor shaft 13 to rotate a cam member fitted to the rotating shaft 23. This cam member reciprocates a slide shaft 33 having the diaphragm 41 fitted at the other terminal to put the diaphragm pump in operation, and the 2nd liquid passes through the tube 50b communicating with the exit 1b of the flow meter 1 and is supplied to the exit 1b of the flow meter 1. Thus, the structure is simplified and a constant mixing ratio is obtained speedily all the time. |
