PURPOSE:To reduce capacity of an inverter by directly controlling an auxiliary device of a cooler balanced with cooling for heat developed by no-load loss of an oil-immersed transformer. CONSTITUTION:When a running command for an oil-immersed transformer 4 is issued, a contact 3 is closed to connect an inverter 2 and a bypass circuit 11 to a commercial power source 1. A fan 6a and a pump 8a are instantly brought into running via the bypass circuit 11 by the commercial power source 1. Heat developed by a loss not dependent on a load condition of the oil- immersed transformer 4 like no-load loss is cooled to a constant temperature value by the fan 6a and the pump 8a. A fan 6 and a pump 8 are operated by a variable frequency power generated in an inverter 2 based on commands from a detecting device 9 and a speed command device 10. Heat developed by the load loss which varies in dependence on the load condition is cooled by the fan 6 and the pump 8. |
