PURPOSE:To improve an effect of preventing diffusion of sludge, by method wherein plural floating bodies are attached to the upper end of a flexible film through a coupling means the length of which is controllable, and plural weights are attached to the lower end of the flexible film. CONSTITUTION:In case a flexible film 12 of a sludge preventing device 10 is positioned in the vicinity of the sea surface, when sludge suspension particle produced at a sea area A drifts to a level in the vicinity of a sea surface and flows toward a sea area B, the suspension particle is shut off by means of a flexible film 12 to prevent pollution of the sea area B. In case suspension particle 30 drifts at a level in water of depth and flows toward the sea area B, a winding wheel 22 is rotated through rotation of a rod material 20, and a rope 18 is unwound to lower the flexible film 12. |
