BONDING METHOD WITH REACTIVE HOT-MELT URETHANE ADHESIVE

摘要

PURPOSE:To firmly bond two gas-impermeable materials to each other without causing blisters by using a specific adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The first gas-impermeable material (e.g. a decorative melamine laminate) is bonded to the second one (e.g. a galvanized steel sheet) with a reactive hot-melt urethane adhesive pref. contg. a urethane prepolymer made by reacting a polyol with an org. isocyanate compd. in an equivalent ratio of NCO/OH of 1. 2-1.7.
