The process comprises preparation of a solid rigid material pattern, and reproduction of a flexible profile in special wax. The wax permeability permits manual insertion of various metal parts, with location of the pattern in a container linked to a stripper for production of a clay ware mould. - The ceramic mix is poured over the uld, for separation of the pattern and pouring of metal into the closed and sealed mould.
