The rotary compressor has a spiral lubrication groove (7c) formed in the outer surface of the main bearing pin (7M) of the crankshaft (7), with a second spiral lubrication groove (7A) in the outer surface of an auxiliary crankshaft bearing pin (7S). The first lubrication groove (7C) spirals in the opposite direction to the crankshaft rotation, while the second lubrication groove (7A) spirals in the same direction as this rotation. - Pref. The section of the crankshaft (7) adjacent the end face of the auxiliary bearing pin (7S) has an oil discharge hole (7F) communicating with a lubrication groove (7B) in the crank pin (7b), via which oil is fed to the two spiral lumbrical grooves (7A,7C).
