PURPOSE:To fold and remove residue easily, prevent yield from dropping and improve the apperarance of a product by arranging a runner and a gate on a part of the back separted from the edge of a molding. CONSTITUTION:A top force 2 and a bottom force 3 are provided separably and several cavities 5 are prepared on the mating surfaces 4 of these forces 2, 3. An independent slide block 15, which is inserted into the cavity 8 formed in the bottom force 3 to constitute a part of the bottom force 3 and can separate from the bottom force 3, is provided at the part of each cavity 5 of the bottom force 3. The runner 22 which is connected with the branch runner 7 engraved on the bottom force 3 is provided on the mold-releasing surface 18 on the opposite side of the slide surface 19 of this slide block 15. The gate 23 is opened at the position making the back of the molding W molded by the cavity 5. This slide block 15 can slide obliquely upward in synchronization with the ejector pin 25 when the molding W is released from the force. |
