PURPOSE:To obtain tangle jam having high nutrient value and having the taste and flavor of tangle, and free from the characteristic odor of tangle without addition of a deodorizing additive, in high efficiency, by desalting, boiling and slitting a salted tangle, adding a seasoning thereto, boiling the seasoned tangle, packaging in a container, and sterilizing and cooling the content. CONSTITUTION:Salted tangle is desalted, boiled, slit, mixed with a seasoning (e.g. granulated sugar, pectin, etc.), boiled, packaged in a container, sterilized, and cooled to obtain the objective tangle jam. |
