摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the specific component in the liquid eluted successively from a chromatograph sepn. column with high accuracy by adding the material which forms a specific material by reacting with only the above-mentioned specific component to the eluate then bringing an emission reagent into reaction with the formed specific material and detecting the intensity of the generated light. CONSTITUTION:A sample is injected into a sampler and a developing liquid is fed from a developing vessel 4 to the chromatograph sepn. column 1. The liquid contg. amino acid oxidase which generates H2O2 by reacting with the component to be detected, for example, amino acid, in the eluate from, for example, an enzyme liquid vessel 6 is fed to the liquid eluting successively from said column 1 and is fixed therewith by a mixer 7. The two liquids are then brought into reaction in a reaction vessel to generate the specific material (H2O2) which is fed to a mixer 7'. Luminol is fed from an emission reagent vessel 11 to the mixer 7' and, for example, potassium ferrycyanide is fed thereto from a catalyst liquid tank 12 and after mixing, the liquid mixture is fed to an absorptivity detector cell 13 where the emission intensity is detected by a photomultiplier 14 and is fed via an amplifier 15 to a photometer 16. The signal value corresponding to the amino acid quantity is obtd. by said meter. The measurement is thus made possible with high sensitivity without using a light source.
