PERMSELECTIVE METHOD OF GAS

PURPOSE:To permeate selectively a specified gas contained in mixed gasses by retaining the substance by which only the specified gas is adsorbed and desorbed reversibly to a membrane having a skin layer which becomes a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The substance by which only the specified gas is adsorbed and desorbed reversibly is retained to a membrane having a skin layer. A gaseous mixture is brought into contact with the primary side of the membrane and the specified gas is selectively taken out by making the secondary side reduced pressure smaller than the atmosphere. As the method for retaining the above-mentioned adsorbtive and desorbtive substances to the membrane, the method for burying the substances to the meshes of crosslinkable high polymer which are formed on a supporting body membrane and the method for retaining the substance as the supporting body membrane or the like are used. The adsorbtive and desorbtive substances are retained in the fluidized state by stirring, bubbling or ultrasonic wave or the like.
