PURPOSE:To construct a permanent magnet field type DC machine adapted for mass production by forming a permanent magnet field in a cylindrical shaft, and forming a hole to be axially engaged with an auxiliary pole. CONSTITUTION:A field pole is formed of a permanent magnet material 8 and an auxiliary pole 9 made of a magnetic material. The material 8 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has two square-shaped inserting holes 10. The poles 9 are engaged in the holes 10. The size of the hole 10 is formed to engage the pole 9 in such a manner that the radial outside is wide, the inside is narrow to prevent the pole 9 from removing. The positioning of the pole 9 can be eliminated to provide a structure adapted for a mass production. |
