PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by coating a core formed with a light scattering surface with a flexible member having light transmissivity and scattering the light when the core is subjected to the irradiation of a laser so that a titled jig is used commonly for illumination for checking of perforating or the like and prevention of an injury. CONSTITUTION:The flexible member 7 is inserted into the inside of a hollow body 8 which is a work. The inside of the hollow body is illuminated when the light 10 of a white lamp 9 is made incident on the end face of the body 1 via a condenser lens 11. The laser light 12 is thereupon focused by a condenser lens 13 to perforate a hole to the body 8, then the laser light 12 passes through the perforated hole 14 and arrives at the member 7. The laser light 12 scatters to the outside from the top end of the core via the member 7. On the other hand, the light 10 of the lamp 9 leaks to the outside through the hole 14 at the point of the time when the hole is perforated. Not only the perforation is confirmed by the leakage but also the measurement of the diameter of the hole 14 is made possible by detecting the real image of the leaking luminous flux. |
