<p>PURPOSE:To simplify constitution by constituting a syphon breakage valve from a valve body, cover, and a paddle. CONSTITUTION:When a pump is started and water flows in a discharge pipe 25, a paddle 23 is titled up to the contact position with a stopper 29, having an installation pin 28 as fulcrum. Therefore, a cover 22 lowers to close the opening port 24 of a valve body 21, and the communication between the inside and outside is cut-off, and a syphon is formed. Since the cover 22 has the weight for suppressing the pushing-up by a syphon forming pressure, the jetting-out of the inide water is prevented. Since the differential pressure from the outside increases after the formation of the syphon, the close adhesion performance between the cover 22 and the valve body 21 is improved, and the breakage of the syphon is prevented in so far as the pump stops operation.</p> |
