PURPOSE:To provide possibility of surface treatment in different types by furnishing one processing trough for each treatment process for accommodation of the processing liquid, advancing objects to be processed one after another through the reciprocative motion of a feed pawl, and by immersing them in the processing liquid in each processing trough one after another using a guide in the form of hydraulic wheel. CONSTITUTION:Rotating a feed screw 18 will move a feed nut 17 as well as a holder 14 and transport bar 15 formed in consolidation therewith in the direction as shown by arrow A. At this time a feed pawl 7 pushes the rear end of an object to be processed 12 placed on a guide surface 6, and the object is sent into the space between this and a guide plate 5. As a drive shaft 3 is being rotated clockwise, the object 12 rotates while being pinched by this guide plate 5 to be immersed in the processing liquid 29 in a processing trough 2. Then a pulse motor 27 moves a cam plate 23 in the direction as Arrow B, and now the abovementioned feed pawl 7 rises under guidance of a cam hole 24 to retract while getting over the object 12. Then the feed pawl 7 is again advanced to immerse the object 12 in the next processing liquid 29 in the processing trough 2 sequentially. |
