PURPOSE:To decrease the number of superconducting quantum interference elements SQUID with large occupation area and to put the circuit in operation with only a true signal input by using Josephson junction instead of an SQUID to which an input complementary signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A bias voltage VS is impressed after an input true signal is supplied, and a bias current begins to flow, so that an SQUID6 switches first. At this time, a Josephson element 8 is to switch, but respective elements have threshold values set as shown in a figure, so the SQUID6 switches earlier. Consequently, the bias current inputted to an SQUID5 flows from the control input terminal of an SQUID7 to an output part 23, whose output true signal is T*=1. Consequently, the SQUID7 switches at the same time to cut off the bias current flowing through the SQUID7, so no current flows through the output part 23. Therefore, the output complementary signal of an output part 24 is C*=0. Consequently, the output true signal T*=1 and its output true signal C*=0 corresponding to an input true signal T=1 are outputted from the output parts 23 and 24. |
