PURPOSE:To shield a radiant ray of a display and to restrict an electrostatic field by coating a black resin on a cloth made of metallized fibers and grounding a forming incorporated from the cloth while both faces are clipped with transparent resin plates. CONSTITUTION:Cu or Ni coated with the black resin is plated in the thickness of 0.03-0.5mum and metallized to form a clock 1 of polyester fiber of 100-300 meshes, both faces of the cloth 1 is clipped with the transparent resin plates 2, 3 made of polyvinyl chloride or the like, they are fixed integrally with thermal pressing and an earth terminal 4 is provided to a corner of the filter. The earth terminal 4 is penetrated through the transparent resin plates 2, 3, connected to the cloth 1 of the metallized polyester fibers and the cloth 1 is grounded by a grounding wire 5. A frame F is fitted to the screen of the display. The cloth 1 of the metallized polyester fibers is metallized by a metallic layer 7 plated to a polyester fiber 6, weft and warp are connected by contact and conductivity is provided thereto. |
