PURPOSE:To reduce disturbance due to torque variations applied to a vehicle body to reduce the vibration of the vehicle body, by providing a control circuit for driving an actuator in accordance with an electrical signal from a load transducer for detecting torque variations. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 6 is attached to a vehicle body 4, and a load transducer 7 is attached to the lower section of a front engine mount 2. A control circuit 8 receives a signal from the load transducer 7 and drives the actuator 6. With this arrangement. Disturbances due to torque variations produced by the engine 1 and transmitted to the vehicle body 4 is directly detected by the load transducer 7 which is attached to the engine mount 2 and which therefore issues an electrical signal. A computing circuit receives the signal through a load detecting circuit to adjust the gain and phase of the signal to satisfy a predetermined control rule, and then transmits the signal to a vibration circuit for driving the actuator 6 so that the direction of control force of the actuator 6 is set in the direction in which the disturbance due to torque variations is cancelled out. |
