PURPOSE:To make it possible to convert a dipping-up type toilet tank into a flush toilet one without requring an exclusive purification tank, by injecting liquid excretion decomposed by bacteria in a toilet tank to foam the same and sucking the generated foam to dry and evaporate the same. CONSTITUTION:The excretion accumulated and stayed in a dipping-up type toilet tank is decomposed by bacteria to form sludge 10b and liquid excretion 10a. The liquid excretion 10a stayed in the upper part in said toilet tank is received in a foaming chamber 13 and air is forcibly blown into said foaming chamber 13 from a blower means 14 through an air sending pipe 7 and the liquid excretion 10a is aerated under stirring in the foaming chamber 13 by the foaming action of a foam generation device 20. By this operation, the air bubble group is accumulated in the upper part of the foaming chamber 13 and raised while sucked by an exhaust fan 9 and exposed to the air stream during the rising process to be gradually dried and evaporated before reaches an exhaust pipe 8 to be converted to a gaseous state while the formed gas is exhausted to the open air from the exhaust fan 9. The amount of foam in the discharge state is controlled by a controller 12.
