PURPOSE:To automate the formation of sales slips in a department store or the like and delivery slips in a delivery station or the like by forming a means for properly editing an image on a specified original and printing the edited result on a specified position of a business form. CONSTITUTION:Originals 2 are stacked on a hopper 11 forming an auto-feeder and sent to an image scanner 15, their images are read out, the read-out data are sent to an image processor part 100, and the read-out originals 2 are stacked in a stacker 13. The image data inputted by the scanner 15 are converted into equal magnification/contraction/expansion images by a scanning converter 101 and the converted results are stored in an image memory 102. The contents of the memory 102 are outputted to a printer 20 through an image control 103 on the basis of a format program.
