PURPOSE:To manufacture a self-bulky yarn exhibiting bulkiness without applying additional bulking treatment and lack in regularity, by extruding plural kinds of different polymers through two or more adjacent nozzles in molten state, and partially fusing the polymers. CONSTITUTION:The polymer 4 extruded from the nozzle 2a is bonded irregularly and sporadically with the polymer 5, 5' different from the polymer 4 and extruded from the nozzles 3a, 3a' at the partial bonding points 6. The bonding points are connected with each other through the unbonded filament 7. The difference of the physical properties between the polymers is enlarged, and a bulky yarn can be manufactured without using additional bulking treatment.
