PURPOSE:To greatly increase the life of an X-ray detection element by interlocking the operation of accumulating X-ray analysis data performed using a windless window with the operation of replacing or selecting the window of the detector. CONSTITUTION:When a window-position-selecting switch 19 is connected to contact (O), a command for starting acquire is produced by a press button switch 14 for starting acquire to drive a switching circuit 16, thereby selecting a windless window by driving a motor 12 by means of a drive circuit 13. Since the signal commanding starting acquire reaches an acquire circuit 17 through a delay circuit 15, acquire is practically started after the selection of the windless window is completed. A timer circuit 18 sends the signal for stopping acquire to the switching circuit 16 after a preset acquire time. This signal for stopping acquire operates the switching circuit 16 to automatically return the window to its original position. |
