PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a specific graft copolymer with an alpha-methylstyrene based copolymer and a maleimide based copolymer, and having remarkably improved balance between impact resistance and processability and resistance to heat deterioration. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) 10-50wt% graft copolymer prepared by polymerizing 90-20wt% twoor more compounds selected from aromatic vinyl compounds, unsaturated nitrile compounds and alkyl ester compounds of unsaturated carboxylic acid in the presence of 10-80wt% rubbery polymer with (B) 90-50wt% copolymer consisting of (B1) 10-90wt% alpha-alkylstyrene based copolymer consisting of 60-85wt% alpha-alkylstyrene, 40-15wt% vinyl cyanide compound and 0-20wt% another copolymerizable compound and (B2) 90-10wt% maleimide based copolymer consisting of 5- 45wt% maleimide (derivative), 90-30wt% aromatic vinyl compound and 5- 40wt% unsaturated nitrile compound.
