发明名称 METHOD FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF STEAM TURBINE CONDENSER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an explosion-proof installation to a steam turbine condenser in the stage of forming an Fe film on a cooling pipe by implanting Fe ions to the condenser and preventing the corrosion of the condenser by removing the H2 generated in an electrolytic cell for supplying the Fe ions from the electrolytic cell. CONSTITUTION:The cooling pipe made of brass used in a condenser 4 of a steam turbine is corroded by sea water which is cooling water and therefore a corrosion-preventive Fe film is formed on the inside surface of the cooling pipe made of brass by electrolyzing part of the cooling water in an electrolytic cell 3 having Fe electrodes 11 to generate Fe ions. The gaseous H2 generated on the cathod of the cell 3 is fed together with the cooling water to the condenser where said gas accumulates and generates an explosive gas. The water flow in the cell 3 is made slow downward flow and the gaseous H2 is floated in the form of foam from the downward water in order to prevent such danger. The mixed flow of the sea water and the gaseous H2 is removed from an upper take-out port 16 and the gaseous H2 is released and removed by a spray pipe 17, by which the need for an explosion-proof installation for preventing explosion to the condenser 4 is eliminated.</p>
