PURPOSE:To increase a switching speed and to reduce the number of elements and a chip area by connecting a hysteresis inverter to the output side of an input transfer gate. CONSTITUTION:Input data are outputted from the inverter H1 having hysteresis characteristics through the transfer gate T3. A part of the output is fed back to the input of the H1 through an inverter U2. When the input data are turned from the L level to the H level, both the rise and decay of a signal are speeded up by the hysteresis characteristics of the H1. |
