PURPOSE:To provide the titled tank making an apparatus compact and having good ink emission recovery operability, constituted by providing a freely deformable ink bag in a case and forming a low strength part to said case while providing a lever revolving to the position pressing the ink bag by the rupture of said low strength part. CONSTITUTION:In the ink tank of an ink jet recording apparatus, a freely deformable ink bag 4 for receiving ink 5 is provided in a case 3 and low strength parts such as notches 6, 7 are formed to the constitutional member of the case 3. Next, the space between the notches 6, 7 at the low strength parts of the case 3 is pushed by a coin 9 and the connection part 8 between the notches is ruptured to form a lever 10 capable of revolving to the position for pressing the ink bag 4 and the ink bag 4 is pressed by the revolution of the lever 10 to enhance the pressure of the ink 5 so as to emit the ink from the emitting orifice 2 under strong pressure. By this mechanism, the ink emission abnormality of a nozzle can be simply recovered. |
