PURPOSE:To demodulate an audio signal string applied with the variable pre- emphasis by using a reproduction system including a separator circuit and a de- emphasis circuit. CONSTITUTION:The different types of emphasis are applied to an audio signal string from a transmission line 24 for each range period, and this signal string is sent to a production system 25. A separator circuit 26 separates the emphasis designation data from the audio signal string and also supplies this designation data and the separated audio signal string to a de-emphasis circuit 27 via different routes. Then the circuit 27 de-emphasizes the audio signal string according to the emphasis designation data. This de-emphasized signal string is converted into analog signals by a D/A converter 28. Thus the audio signal string can be demodulated. |
