Winding device

A winding device with only one drivable winding spindle is designed for attendance-free continuous operation. For the bobbin change and during the bobbin change, the yarns are drawn off by suction devices and guided in a running path not impeding the bobbin change. The suction device possesses catching, severing and feeding devices, so that the handling of the yarns for the bobbin change takes place without an attendant being involved.
