PURPOSE:To obtain a natural food cake having high nutrient value and varied taste characterized by the sporadically distributed sweet taste and salty taste, by mixing soybean flour, red bean flour, black soybean flour, vegetable flour added separately with sweet taste and salty taste, crushed peanut, and agar. CONSTITUTION:The objective dry cake is prepared by mixing (A) a main material consisting of a mixture of soybean flour, red bean flour and black soybean flour with (B) a subsidiary material consisting of (i) a material prepared by boiling vegetable flour, agar flour and crushed peanut with muscovado and starch syrup, and adding sweetener thereto and (ii) a salty material prepared by boiling vegetable flour, agar flour and crushed peanut in salt solution, and mixing (c) powdery agar to the mixture. When agar dissolved in hot water is used as the component C, a jelly cake can be prepared. |
