Device for holding flanges in the clamped position on parts intended to be mobilised, characterised in that it comprises a body 1 of elongate shape, made internally so as to receive a first means equipped with a striking surface area having a limited axial movement capability; and a second means which can also move axially in height in the opposite direction communicating the thrust effect in order to come into bearing abutment on the flange to be clamped; the said body being made internally with a circuit for the flow of a fluid serving as a transmission means for the thrust efforts of the first means to the second means, means being provided to allow the fluid to be maintained under pressure or be recycled. <IMAGE>
