PURPOSE:To facilitate washing by integrally forming a water pipe opened to a water path on the upper portion of a valve box between the inside of a pipe connecting the flange and outer drum of the valve box. CONSTITUTION:The upper portion of a valve box 12 between the inside of a flange 12h of the valve box 12 and an outer cylinder 12i of the valve box 12 is provided with water pipes 16 opened by a water inlet 12l, which is bored at a portion near a valve seat 15a of the valve box above the water path 12a. In case of washing a pipe 10, valve rods 14 of valves B on both sides of the pipe 10 are operated to close each water path 12a with a valve body 15, a fluid is introduced from the water pipe 16 of the valve B on one side of the pipe 10 and the fluid is discharged from the water pipe 16 of the valve B on the other side of the pipe 10. |
